The 7-Step Sales Video Framework
Step 1: The Pattern Interrupt (0–15 seconds)
"I'm not going to tell you [product] is perfect. I'm going to tell you exactly who it's for — and who it's not."
This disarms skepticism by demonstrating honesty.
Step 2: The Pain Statement (15–45 seconds)
"If you're [audience], you know the frustration of [specific pain]. You've tried [solution 1], [solution 2]. And you're still here."
Step 3: The Root Cause (45–90 seconds)
"Here's why none of that worked: [specific insight that reframes the problem]."
Without this, your solution sounds like "just another tool."
Step 4: The New Mechanism (90s–2:30)
"What you actually need is [approach]. Here's how it works: [simple explanation]."
Step 5: The Proof Stack (2:30–4:00)
Three types of proof in this order:
- •Testimonials (real people with specific results)
- •Case studies (one detailed story)
- •Data (numbers, percentages, timeframes)
Step 6: The Offer (4:00–5:00)
"When you join [product], you get [feature 1] ($X value), [feature 2] ($X value), and [bonus] ($X value). Total value: $X. Your investment today: $[price]."
Step 7: The Close (5:00–end)
"If you don't [result] in [timeframe], I'll refund every cent. No questions. Click the button below right now."
